Terms of Service
FrontCite is the product. Sold through Link, LLC. During early access, checkout is closed and the site does not take a card. The seller terms below apply when billing opens.
Seller and product
- Sold through Link, LLC, the seller of record.
- FrontCite is the product provider.

- Link is responsible for sales tax and sends the receipt.
- FrontCite does not email payment receipts.
- Your card statement will show LINK.COM*.
- Billing countries are limited to those where Stripe Managed Payments covers tax, with the United States first.
- The listed price is before tax, which Link may add at checkout.

The card statement shows LINK.COM*. FrontCite does not set that descriptor and does not email a payment receipt.
Trial and plans
The trial lasts 14 days, uses Starter limits, and does not collect a card. Paid plans renew through Stripe Checkout until canceled in the billing portal. Annual billing is charged as ten times the monthly price.
The desk
Answers are generated from pages and files the business provides. They can be wrong. The widget says so. The desk must hand off when it cannot cite a source, when confidence is low, or when a visitor asks for legal, medical, or financial advice. Do not send card numbers or Social Security numbers.
Transactional mail comes from hello@frontcite.com or support@frontcite.com. Non-essential mail includes a postal address and an unsubscribe link that works without a password. FrontCite does not send marketing campaigns.
