Early access is a waitlist. These steps describe the product in progress. They are not results from customers.

You publish the answers
The desk is being built to read the site and files a company already has. It is not a blank chatbot.

A visitor gets a cited reply
The planned reply includes the sentence and the page it came from. The example on the home page shows that shape. It is an example, not a customer result.

The rest goes to a person
When a source is missing, the plan is to hand the conversation to the office instead of guessing.
