Privacy

FrontCite is in early access. This page covers the public site at frontcite.com. Checkout is not open, and the site does not collect card numbers.

Early access form

The form stores your email, business name, website, trade, team size, and monthly lead volume. If you check the box for email updates, we store that consent and the time you gave it. The box starts unchecked. We also store the page source, the utm parameters, and a Google click id (gclid) when the link that brought you here includes them. A later visit that omits those values does not erase the ones already stored.

The first email asks you to confirm the request. That message is transactional and is sent through Postmark because you submitted the form. The confirmation page opens only from the link in that email. Later product updates are sent only if you opted in, and those messages include an unsubscribe link that works without a password.

Visits, clicks, and the Google tag

The site counts page visits and clicks on waitlist buttons so we can see what people use. That count stays on FrontCite. A session id lives in session storage in the browser. We keep the campaign parameters, the click id, and the referring host, not a dossier, and we do not sell the data.

A banner asks before any Google tag is loaded. Accept stores that choice in this browser and then loads the tag, if a conversion id and label are configured. Decline leaves the tag unloaded. The conversion event is sent once, on the confirmation page, and only after you have accepted. If those ids are unset, the tag and the conversion are skipped.

Qualified requests

A qualified lead is a home-services trade, a website we can parse, and consent to email updates. Other requests are stored so we can see demand, and they are marked separately.
